Marshall Solomon is the Director of Operations at Timber Intentions, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience in the timber bridge industry. As the operational backbone of the company, he oversees the day-to-day demands required to successfully deliver projects across the continental United States — from initial mobilization through final inspection.

His core building principles — safety, quality, and efficiency — shape every phase of construction. Marshall holds the company's General Contractor License and has maintained active licenses in multiple states, ensuring Timber Intentions remains fully authorized and compliant wherever a project demands. His commitment to these standards means clients can expect the same level of precision on a job site in Florida as in Wisconsin.

What sets Marshall apart is the full breadth of his experience. He has worked every aspect of the timber bridge business — starting as a ground man in the field and working his way to running the front office. That firsthand knowledge of every role gives him a rare ability to anticipate challenges on the ground, coordinate crews, and keep projects moving on schedule and to spec.

Marshall holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Western Carolina University — a background that informs his disciplined, principled approach to operations management. Off the job site, he stays active through running, reading, and hiking.
